Fit Life Tea Co was founded by Lauren Ashley. Most of her teen and adult life Lauren struggled with body image issues. Her 5`9” athletic frame fell way short of the petite “model body” promoted by the media. This left her feeling less than her ideal self. By her mid 20`s she`d experienced a significant weight gain and developed digestive and bloating issues. The more paralyzing struggle, however, was the self-hatred and lack of confidence.
